In one sentence, describe your product?
Clinivid connects mobile clinicians and care teams across the public and private healthcare sectors enabling easy and intuitive messaging, clinical handover, tele-consults and clinical meetings that are interoperable with electronic medical records systems.
What industry problem / challenge are you tackling?
Delays and breakdown in care coordination is a leading cause of medical incidents and poor patient outcomes.
Efficient patient centred care requires care teams across the public and private healthcare sectors to share relevant information in real-time, whilst ensuring compliance with privacy and cybersecurity requirements and the option to fully integrate into existing clinical workflows.
What is unique about your product in your market?
Clinivid was co-designed by a team of clinicians , medico-legal and technology experts to close the interoperability gap between fragmented health care systems.
With its unique interoperability using HL7, FHIR and API, it extends existing clinical workflows beyond the boundaries of a practice or hospital and lets clinician’s connect the way they want: through messaging, clinical meetings or a formal handover.
What is the biggest risk to the company?
Patient centred care does not only rely on frictionless communication between the care teams, but requires transformation of multiple aspects of the patient’s journey.
Promoting unified clinical communication as a fundamental part of the wider digital change in health care is as important as adjusting incentive and reimbursement models from activity to outcome based.
What does success look like for the company?
For Clinivid to be used by every health provider in Australia to connect, communicate and collaborate to improve patient care and outcomes.
Why should customers use Clinivid?
Although they might be convenient, consumer grade technologies such as WhatsApp, and Skype can introduce inefficiencies and increase risk to patient care, as they are not well aligned and interoperable with clinical workflows.
Clinivid is the safe choice that improves connectivity and helps to provide better care.
