We don't just build software; we co-design solutions directly with clinicians, health information teams, and administrators to ensure they serve real-world needs. This approach has led to powerful innovations, including the Coding Manager, co-designed with St John of God Health Care to accelerate clinical coding and revenue, and Referrals Manager, created in collaboration with Northern Health, Eastern Health, and Monash Health. This co-design philosophy is the reason we've earned the trust of major healthcare organisations.

We represent 25 percent of bed capacity in the public sector and have deep expertise in integrating with leading EMR systems like EPIC and Cerner.
- Private Healthcare Growth: Our partnerships with St John of God, Ramsay Health Care, and others are transforming private healthcare. With current projects underway, we're on track to serve 70 percent of the private bed capacity across the sector.
